Welcome to FidelPaws
FidelPaws is a small, independently owned online pet shop based in East Windsor, New Jersey. We launched in September 2026 and run the store as a sole proprietorship.
What we sell
We focus on mealtime products for dogs and cats, and we keep the range small on purpose:
- a maze slow feeder bowl
- a silicone licking mat
- an automatic timer feeder
- a 3L stainless steel anti-spill water bowl
Each product page lists the size, material and what's in the box, so you know exactly what you're getting.
How your order reaches you
We don't make these products ourselves. We source them from a product supplier, and our fulfilment partner packs and ships each order directly to you from their warehouse in the United States. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and then take 7–12 business days to arrive. We ship to U.S. addresses only, and you'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. See our Refund Policy for the full details.
